For those who are interested in exploring the process described in the book Reclaiming Ourselves in more depth, Inner Answers also offers a Healing Ourselves online course which complements and expands on the material in the book.

The course focuses on developing a relationship with our Inner Healer and the bodies intuitive wisdom. It explores different ways of doing this i.e. using meditation, dowsing with a pendulum, connecting with our Inner Child and by keeping a journal. It covers self help using homeopathic and flower remedies and how we can use the conscious focused intent of our minds and hearts to heal ourselves and others. There is also a unit on how to use basic supplements and minerals to support the physical body as it adjusts to the shifts in consciousness that connecting with our Inner Healer creates. The book is taken as the basic text for the course and additional study notes and exercises are supplied with each unit.

The course consists of 10 lessons and each lesson looks at a different aspect of the themes presented in the book. This provides an opportunity to explore and identify which aspects of the Reclaiming Ourselves process is most relevant for you at the moment Practical exercises and a response form to fill out and submit are included in each unit.
