Reclaiming Ourselves is a self help book about healing with energy, in particular energy therapies and our body's self-healing capacity or Inner Healer The first part of the book looks at the childhood conditioning and the underlying negative Core Beliefs that cause us to disconnect from and distrust our inner guidance. This shuts us off from our Source energy and our Inner Child which holds the key of our creative potential. The book explores how this disconnection and denial becomes literally imprinted into the cellular memory of our physical bodies and this causes our body’s physical responses at this level to keep us locked into a state of separation from ourselves. This separation is what we then go on to create in the world around us. The second half of the book looks at a number of energy therapies and self-healing techniques that we can us to help heal this disconnection. The book is practically orientated and contains a number of exercises and self help techniques which are further developed in Mary's on-line course "Healing Ourselves" as well as a comprehensive resourse index of therapies and contact addresses.
